THE PROCESS
We travelled across the UK and Ireland to visit factories in Bournville, Marlbrook, Chirk, Coolock and Rathmore. We filmed a series of new case studies with Cadbury workers in production, innovation, archive roles and more. Our in-house drone pilot captured beautiful aerial footage of the factories.
With unseen archive footage interspersed throughout, the documentary-style short film explores the huge impact Cadbury has had on Birmingham and the West Midlands. It aims to further instil a sense of pride in the brand’s heritage and the city that has been its home for two centuries.
CUSTOM ANIMATION
Our animation team designed a series of custom animated title slides to break up the live action footage and add visual flair. They repurposed archive graphics provided by the client and supplemented them with assets from our large stock library. Finally, they edited them together in a collage animation style.
