Spark is a in-house team of 12 which is made up talented video producers, directors, creatives, animators, copywriters, editors, a licensed drone pilot and production coordinator. For larger scale productions we have a fantastic team of freelancers who provide support to the in house crew and who we use on a regular basis.
The equipment we use for production is very much dependent upon the film we are producing. We film our TV commercials on cinema cameras whose brand can vary depending on the specific look we are trying to achieve. We have a wide range of digital full frame cameras in-house as well as extensive lighting, sound and grip systems. For post production we have the full Adobe Creative suite, DaVinci Resolve, Blender and Cinema 4D.
Yes, Spark has a VR and 360° filming making department which creates interactive and immersive content for VR devices such as the Oculus Rift. The output can take the form of thing like educational tools, entertaining games or interactive tours. We have created VR experiences for many organisations including the FA, the NHS and West Midlands Fire Service.
