Polyframe asked us to create a film that would show the scale and capability of their PVC manufacturing facility in Norfolk. They wanted something that really stood out. A creative, engaging way to show off their process.
The aim was to take viewers behind the scenes of a factory producing up to 800 window frames a day, answering a simple question: what does it actually take to manufacture high-quality window frames at this scale?
We approached this by combining clean product shots with high-energy factory footage to create something more engaging than a standard walkthrough.
We started by filming Polyframe’s window frames in a black studio to show off how strong the final products look and put the focus on the finished frames before delving into the process. From there, we moved into the factory to document the process in action, including dynamic FPV drone shots to further bring a sense of movement and scale to the space.
The final film brings this all together in a fast-paced, energetic edit, with tracked text elements added by our animation team to highlight key features and guide the viewer throughout.
The result is a distinctive factory film that not only showcases capability but draws people in. It’s already been recognised, with a nomination for Best Video of the Year at the National Fenestration Awards 2026.
